WhatsApp Onboarding Form

Ready to start onboarding? Before filling out the WhatsApp Onboarding form, we have three important topics here to guide you on your way.

Facebook/Meta Business Manager ID

  1. Log in to your Facebook / Meta Business Manager account via https://business.facebook.com/ (You will have to log-in with your personal Facebook account to reach the Facebook / Meta Business Manager account.)
    1. In case you don’t have a Facebook / Meta Business Manager account yet, please follow the steps via this link to create one: https://www.facebook.com/business/help/1710077379203657?id=180505742745347
    2. Without Facebook / Meta Business Manager account it’s not possible to start the onboarding proces. 
  2. Go to ‘Business settings’.
  3. Click on ‘Business portfolio info’ (in the left menu).
  4. At the top you will find the ID next to ‘Business Manager ID’.

Display name
Enter the company name without legal form. This name will be visible in the WhatsApp Business profile. A display name must have a clear relationship with your company and meet the following conditions: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/whatsapp/guides/display-name/

 

Exhibit B
In order to be able to use WhatsApp Business as a company, it is necessary to agree to the specific conditions of WhatsApp, this is called the ‘Exhibit B’. We made it easy for you by offering the digital signing of the document. Please click below:

    To make us of the WhatsApp Business API. WhatsApp demands every business to accept their specific WhatsApp Business terms & conditions which is called 'Exhibit B'. We've made this easy by allowing our customers to digitally sign this Exhibit B form. Please click on 'Click here to sign Exhibit B' above this form.

    The FBM ID is used to identify and submit your business to WhatsApp. Because of this, the FBM account must be owned and controlled by your business. It is important that the name of the account matches the name of your business.

    Submit the ID below. See the top of this page on where to find it.

    To be able to use the WhatsApp Business API, Facebook/Meta needs to be able to determine that the request comes from a legitimate business. This is done through the business verification process in your Facebook/Meta Business Manager account. Please indicate below whether this process has already been completed or not. You can find more information on this here. If it has not yet been completed, we will provide you with information and support to complete it during the onboarding process.

    Please input the phone number for WhatsApp Business API registration. It can be a landline, toll-free, or mobile number capable of receiving text messages or calls, and must not be currently registered with WhatsApp. Submit the form for each phone number separately if applicable.

    Be aware: Changing the phone number later in the process may cause delay.

    We ask this because it is not possible to activate an already activated phone number on the WhatsApp Business API. If possible, we ask to completely delete the WhatsApp account. Please click here for instructions. Is this not possible? Please indicate this below. If the phonenumber is already active on the WhatsApp Business API, select the bottom option.

    This name will be your display name in the WhatsApp Business profile. The display name should have a clear relationship with your business.

    Please enter the email address that your customers can use to reach your company.

    Please enter your business address below. Enter the address as follows: 'street house number, postalcode city'.

    Please provide a short description of your business. (max. 256 characters).

    Please enter your business website below. Make sure that the complete address is available.

    Upload the desired logo for the WhatsApp profile. The logo must be square with a size of 640x640 pixels. Also, the image must not contain a transparent background.
